PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail bar superior in strength characteristic capable of stably supplying while suppressing a manufacturing cost and a handrail formed of the handrail bar.SOLUTION: A handrail bar is formed of a bamboo LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) material which is formed of two or more bamboo flat plates being laminated and bonded while aligning fiber directions. The inner side of the bamboo flat plate is largely cut off than the surface side.
