PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation device capable of generating power by vibration of each of a plurality of corresponding frequencies.SOLUTION: A power generation device 1a comprises: a base substance 20 having a support part 21 and a vibration block 2 supported by the support part 21; a piezoelectric conversion part 24; and a first pad 27a and a second pad 27c which are formed on the base substance 20 and electrically connected to the piezoelectric conversion part 24. The vibration block 2 includes: a plurality of weight parts 23 arranged at distances from a fixed end 2a different from each other; a first beam part 22a which connects the support part 21 and the weight part 23; and a second beam part 22b which connects the weight parts 23 with each other. The piezoelectric conversion part 24 includes: a first electrode 24a; a second electrode 24c opposite to the first electrode 24a; and a piezoelectric layer 24b between the first electrode 24a and the second electrode 24c. The first pad 27a and the second pad 27c are electrically connected with the first electrode 24a and the second electrode 24c of the corresponding piezoelectric conversion part 24, respectively. |
