The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to therapy and cellular biology and can be used in gastroenterology, cytology, histology for conducting preventive chronotherapy of gastroesophageal reflux disease. A method for the treatment of the gastroesophageal reflux disease comprises an oral administration of proton pump inhibitors, such as omeprazol and rabeprazol in 40 and 20 mg dose correspondingly, wherein performing preventive chronotherapy, for which, prior to the treatment, an individual biorhythmological profile and precise time of acrophase of diurnal rhythm starting using a differentiation index by citogramme of epithelium of tunica mucosa of mouth are determined, wherein the proton pump inhibitors - omeprazol dosed 40 mg and rabeprazol dosed 20 mg are administered once 30-40 min before acrophase of diurnal rhythm starting, in gastroesophageal reflux disease, stage I - 4 weeks course, in gastroesophageal reflux disease, stage II - 8 week course. The proposed method is convenient in practical using, allows to increase the effectiveness of the treatment significantly, i.e. to fasten the process for regeneration of esophageal mycosal erosions. |
