<p>PURPOSE:To provide a flatness measuring device for rolled plate which is capable of accurately measuring the flatness of rolled plate tensed between an upstream roller and a down stream roller. CONSTITUTION:On a rolled plate 5 passing between an upstream roller 6a and a downstream roller 6b, a displacement roll 2 with a constant pressure is pushed. The displacement roll 2 with a constant pressure partly displaces so that the tension of the rolled plate 5 becomes approximately uniform in the width direction. The displacement of the displacement roll 2 with a constant pressure is measured with an optical displacement meter 1 and based on the measured value from the optical displacement meter 1, the flatness of the rolled plate 5 is obtained with an arithmetic means 10.</p> |
