The present invention relates to a base member for a hard disk drive. The base member for a hard disk drive includes a press base and an outsert member. The outsert member is formed on at least one portion of the press base by performing injection molding of synthetic resins or metallic materials on the press base using an outsert method, wherein the outsert member has a coupling portion formed on inner side in a radial direction such that a sleeve is fitted and coupled to the coupling portion, and the coupling portion has a groove filled with an adhesive.
