<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing technology adapted to reduce a memory capacity required as a working area of image data regardless of whether aggregation is executed or not. <P>SOLUTION: Input images are entered into an input part 30. A memory 33 for the input images stores image data representing the input images entered into the input part 30. A memory 34 for output images stores image data representing target output images to be provided to an output part 31. The output part 31 outputs an image using the image data stored in the memory 34 for output images. An image memory reserving part 32 calculates a required capacity of a memory region based on a magnitude relation between the size of the input image and the size of the output image and securely reserves a storage area of the calculated capacity in RAM 3 as a memory 34 for the output image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
