<p>Provided is a welding distortion correction device to improve the productivity of products by easily correcting bending deflection occurring on a welded part and have product compatibility by being applied to various types of welding-distortion parts. The welding distortion correction device comprises: a lower roller which is equipped on a vertical frame, extended upwards from a base frame, to be able to rotate, and has a plate to be molded on the upper side of the outer circumferential surface thereof; an upper roller equipped to face the upper side of the lower roller, and connected to a vertically extended upper support means to be lifted by being guided by the vertical frame; a press roller device including a press support means extended by having one end connected to the base frame by a hinge, a swing arm unit connected to the other end of the press support means and the vertical frame by hinges, and a press roller equipped on the upper side of the swing arm unit to pressurize the plate to be formed in accordance with the swing arm unit rotated upwards by the expanding press support means; and a control unit controlling the expansion of the support means to pressurize the welding-distortion part of the plate to be restored and molded.</p> |
