摘要 <p>The method involves selecting a mold (1) related to a desired implant. A solid metal core (7) is arranged in the mold. The available volume of the mold is filled with the powder of microbeads (3). The microbeads are integrated with one another and with the core by electrical discharge machining. The machining is done by a discharge of electric current, of a preset voltage to obtain a surface density of energy less than or equal to 10 joules per square meter between two opposite polarity electrodes (5, 5`). The electrodes are positioned in a manner that the current lines formed between the electrodes are not parallel to the metal core/microbead interface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a dental implant (2) an implant destined to the thyroplasty (3) an implant destined to replace a mandible (4) an implant destined to replace a trachea.</p>
