<p>The present invention relates to a dispenser container and a dispenser. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dispenser container is inserted to an outer container of the dispenser, and discharges a stored content to the outside by the pressure of the compressed gas which is charged between the outer container. The dispenser container is inserted through the mouth of the outer container when an internal air is pulled out, and the stored content is filled. The dispenser container is simultaneously contracted in a lengthwise direction and a transverse direction in order to be inserted into the outer container regardless of the size of the outer container within a predetermined range.
