<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of preventing demagnetization of a permanent magnet during a high-torque operation. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine includes a rotor (1) having permanent magnets (31 and 32) inserted in a rotor core (20). The rotor core (20) arranges low magnetic permeability layers (211 to 214) with a permeability lower than that of the rotor core at every specific mechanical angle. A magnetic pole is formed by the permanent magnets (31 and 32) arranged between the low magnetic permeability layers (211 to 214) at every specific mechanical angle. At least one permanent magnet (31) of the permanent magnets forming the magnetic pole has a coercive force different from the other permanent magnets (32). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
