<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion body mounting structure of a wooden chair, the structure in which a cushion body, which has a structure with a cushion material and a mounting sheet superimposed for the core material, can be easily and surely mounted on a seat plate or a backrest plate, and in which a mechanical connecting means is used without applying an adhesive in a part in which the adhesive tends to come off, and in which parts such as the mounting sheet and the cushion material can be replaced. <P>SOLUTION: The cushion body 7 includes: a core material 10 in which a plywood is molded to be a three-dimensional shape and which has at least one opening 13; a cushion material 11 which is installed additionally to the surface of the core material and is wound around the rear surface of the core material; and a mounting sheet 12 with which the core material is covered in a manner wrapping the cushion material, and which has a periphery part 22 riveted on the rear face of the core material. Further, a through-hole 15 is formed in a plurality of places of the core material, and a pin-shaped fixture 17 is inserted in between the core material and the cushion material from the opening. In a state where the engaging shaft part 18 of the fixture is protruded from the through-hole to the outside, the engaging shaft part of the fixture is fitted to an engaging hole 20 that is formed in the front face of the backrest plate 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
