PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate easily a referral reward according to referral performance for a job seeker who refers a friend to a company seeking workers as a more suitable applicant than the job seeker.SOLUTION: A recruitment support system comprises: a recruitment support server installed on a network; a terminal of a company seeking workers which transmits job offer information to the recruitment support server; a job offer information database which, provided on the recruitment support server, stores the job offer information transmitted from the terminal of the company seeking workers; a job seeker's terminal which transmits information about the job seeker to the recruitment support server; a job seeker's information database which, provided on the recruitment support server, stores the information about the job seeker transmitted from the job seeker's terminal; access permit means by which the job seeker accesses the job offer information database; means for referral of a friend by which the job seeker refers a friend with skills mentioned in the job offer information to the company seeking workers; and reward calculation means which records the job seeker's referral performance in the information about the job seeker and calculates a reward according to the job seeker's past referral performance when a notification for employing the friend is transmitted from the terminal of the company seeking workers to the recruitment support server. |
