<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper tube holding tool capable of holding a paper tube so that both ends of the paper tube may not bend inside when taking up a film or the like to the paper tube. <P>SOLUTION: The paper tube holding tool includes a pair of guide members which holds the paper tube having hollow shape by holding both ends in the longitudinal direction of the paper tube, and a support by which the guide member is rotatably supported. The guide member includes a cone-shaped or truncated cone-shaped guide part body, and a supporting part provided at a position passing through the center of the base of the guide part body and rotatably supporting the guide part body.
