<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press molding device capable of efficiently working carbon fiber-reinforced thermoplastic plastics.SOLUTION: A molding device 1 comprises: a cutting part 3a provided in a die 3; and a cutting part 3b provided in a trimming die 23, and, upon molding of the object 2 to be molded, the peripheral part of the object 2 to be molded is cut by the cutting part 3a and the cutting part 3b, and the peripheral part of the cut object 2 to be molded is pressurized. By this process, the cut part of the object 2 to be molded is replenished with a thermoplastic resin. The molding device 1 can prevent the generation of dust or the like caused by a carbon fiber stock by the replenishment of the cut part in the object 2 to be molded with the thermoplastic resin, and further can cover the cut face of the carbon fiber stock with the thermoplastic resin.</p> |
