<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service quality display program, service quality display method and service quality display device which allow a user to select an optimal cloud service.SOLUTION: A quality management device 10 measures, for each system formed by at least one server, a communication speed between the system and a terminal device. The quality management device 10 also delivers information on the measured communication speed to the terminal device, and the user selects an optimal cloud based on the information.</p> |
