PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) receptor modulator-containing oral formulation which can easily be swallowed by children or elderly patients.SOLUTION: The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising a coating comprising an S1P receptor modulator, or a rapidly disintegrating pharmaceutical composition containing an S1P receptor modulator of a freeze-dried dosage form. As an S1P receptor modulator, 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl) ethyl] propane-1,3-diol is used. Preferably the composition is provided in a granule form, a tablet form, or a capsule form. |
