The present invention relates to a Tteokgalbi steak containing wild edible greens. More particularly, the Tteokgalbi steak containing wild edible greens comprises 100 parts by weight of wild edible greens, 140 to 190 parts by weight of a supplementary material and 5 to 30 parts by weight of a sauce mixture, wherein the wild edible greens include aster scabers, Cirsium setidens, brackens, shiitake, and wild mulberry leaves. The Tteokgalbi steak consisting of the components above is added no chemical preservers or chemical seasonings, and has the wild edible greens, thereby improving the health of people. Also, the Tteokgalbi steak can be used as a meal for busy modern people since a simple cooking thereof is possible. |
