The present invention relates to a method for cone-beam computerized tomography (CBCT) capable of increasing the maximum field of view (FOV) through a complex scanning protocol based on the collection and reconstruction of a plurality of volumes regarding different anatomical areas which are overlapped partially and followed stitching of the volume and a device thereof. Therefore, the method can obtain a final single volume bigger than an allowable size by the geometry of a collecting system.
