PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide green algae having excellent lipid productivity.SOLUTION: This invention provides a green algae mutant in which dual-specificity tyrosine-phosphorylation regulated protein kinase (DYRK) activity is reduced, and the lipid production quantity per unit time and unit culture area is improved compared with a parent strain.
