PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a seismic isolation mechanism which achieves sufficient load bearing and seismic isolation effect and enables easy specification change, and to obtain a seismic isolation unit and a seismic isolation floor. ! SOLUTION: A seismic isolation mechanism includes: a first metal fitting 12; a second metal fitting 16 which may move relative to the first metal fitting 12 in a longitudinal direction; and a vibration energy cutoff mechanism attached to a space between the first metal fitting 12 and the second metal fitting 16. The vibration energy cutoff mechanism is a linear movement mechanism. The linear movement mechanism is attached to the space between the first metal fitting 12 and the second metal fitting 16 with its crosswise direction surface facing in a vertical direction and connects the first metal fitting 12 with the second metal fitting 16 so that the metal fittings 12, 16 may move relative to each other. !
