PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for acquiring correct evaluation values of AF, AE and AWB even if a moving image is recorded at a fixed frame rate.SOLUTION: An image processing system includes: first reading means (main stream) for thinning a reading row from an imaging device, and acquiring and outputting image data for moving image recording; second reading means (sub-stream) for acquiring the image data from the reading row which is not overlapped with the first reading means of the imaging device at higher speed than the first reading means and outputting the image data at the same time as the first reading means: determining means for determining whether states of subjects change or not from the image data acquired by the first reading means and the image data acquired by the second reading means; and changing means for changing acquisition speed of the image data in the second reading means in accordance with the state change of the subject in a state where the acquisition speed of the image data in the first reading means is fixed when the determining means determines that the state of the subject of the image data acquired by the second reading means is changed (low luminance). |
