An arrangement for remote transferring of heat to a water heating system comprises at least two heat exchangers 10, 11 of corresponding size, form and capacity, which are connected in parallel both at their primary side 12, 13 and their secondary side 14, 15 and connected to a common cold water source KW and a hot water outlet 30. The use of heat exchangers connected in parallel enables the provision of a very effective heat transfer from standard heat exchangers of low capacity, which do not require temperature limiting safety devices (DIN 4753, 4747) and therefore are cheaper to install. The heat exchangers 10, 11 are mounted juxtaposed with each other in one group on an installation frame. <IMAGE>
