PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of purifying an anhydrous sugar alcohol that has excellent storage stability and can inhibit the coloring of a resin obtained using the same, an anhydrous sugar alcohol purified by the purification method and a resin produced using the anhydrous sugar alcohol.SOLUTION: A method of purifying an anhydrous sugar alcohol comprises (step 1) a step of mixing an anhydrous sugar alcohol (A) and a hindered amine compound (B) and (step 2) a step of distilling a mixture obtained in step 1.
