PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the possibility that a hot wedge can conform to orientation of both of pressure rollers every time they are orientated.SOLUTION: A hot wedge welding device 1 for overlap welding plastic webs is provided that comprises: a hot wedge 2; a pressure device for pressing the plastic web against the hot wedge 2; and two pressure rollers 8, 9 facing each other. In the hot wedge welding device 1, a plasticized part to be welded passes through between both pressure rollers 8, 9 during welding. The hot wedge 2 is pivotably supported on a bearing shaft 21 and therefore can tilt and vertically move centering on the transverse axis of the hot wedge 2, by way of at least one bearing bush 19 extending between both hot wedge flat faces 15, 16, and in parallel to a hot wedge front edge 5 and hot wedge rear face 6 at a distance therefrom. |
