PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily predict the workload needed for coping work in watching and to make certain management of individual information on a watched person.SOLUTION: A system-side server 30 finds the number of users corresponding to a level of "emergency," "warning," etc., from information from a watch device 10 etc., and transmits watch information including the number of users of each level to an operator terminal 100, so an operator OP1 etc., can confirm the number of users needed for coping work such as communication and corresponding to each level at a glance and easily predict a workload etc., for coping work. Further, the system-side server 30 acquires individual information by sending a request to a service-side server 70 which stores the individual information when the individual information is necessary, and deletes the acquired individual information after processing is completed. |
