<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an evaporator capable of efficiently evaporating liquid on the side of a steam chamber with heat transmitted from a heat transfer wall.SOLUTION: An evaporator 10 includes a partition wall 18 for transmitting heat onto the side of a steam chamber 14, and a liquid holding layer 20 laminated on a surface on the side of the steam chamber 14 in the partition wall 18. In the liquid holding layer 20, hydrophilic treatment is executed to a capillary structure, and supplied liquid is held while being spread, to form an evaporation interface of the liquid.</p> |
