The present invention relates to a seller-selection type smart menu system and an order processing method thereby and particularly, to the seller-selection type smart menu system and the order processing method thereby where a seller can input at least a part of displayed items. The smart menu system includes: at least one seller input unit (11); a control server (12) which stores and processes selection display items delivered from the seller input unit (11) and predetermined preliminary display items; a purchase processing unit (13) which stores and outputs a purchase record according to the purchase selection delivered from a purchase processing server (12); and a smart menu (14) which displays the purchase information delivered from the purchase processing unit (13) and information delivered from the control server (12), and facilitates menu selection of a user. At least a part of the purchase information processed in the smart menu (14) is transmitted to the control server (12) and then is processed according to a predetermined method, and then is transmitted to the seller. |
