Provided are an air filter including graphene oxide adsorbed to at least a part of a filter medium, cationinc graphene oxide, or porous silica, and a mast including the same. The air filter according to the present invention may be manufactured by a method comprising the followings: preparing a filter medium for filtering air; producing graphene oxide; and adsorbing oxide graphene to the filter medium. The air filter and the mask including the same according to the present invention can effectively block ultrafine particles such as fine dust in air and anionic harmful material.
