The present invention relates to a system and a method to analyze a sitting posture. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system includes a sitting posture measuring device including multiple pressure sensors installed on both a seat and a back of a chair or only on the seat, and sensing sitting pressure, a management module providing measurement data, including a sensing signal received from the pressure sensors and position information of each of the pressure sensors sensing the signal, to a near filed communication module, and the near field communication module wirelessly transmitting the measurement data to a relay module to provide the measurement data to a management server; the management server analyzing the sitting posture of a sitter from the measurement data, provided from the relay module, and providing a result of the analysis to a display terminal according to a request or settings; and the display terminal receiving the result of the analysis from the management server through data communication with the management server, and displaying the result. Moreover, a sitting posture analyzing method is provided. |
