PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply device for which metal foreign matters can be detected with high precision without changing the excitation frequency of a power supply coil provided to a power supply area.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply device comprises: a primary coil which is provided in one power supply area formed on a mount face on which electronic equipment is mounted, and supplies secondary power to a secondary coil of a power receiving device by electromagnetic induction in the power supply area; a basic power supply unit circuit which is provided in the power supply area, performs excitation driving on the primary coil of the power supply area to supply the secondary power to the secondary coil of the power reception device by electromagnetic induction, transmits an oscillation signal from the power supply area to the power reception device, receives a modulation target wave signal based on the oscillation signal of the power reception device which generates a modulation wave based on magnetic flux variation from the oscillation signal, and detects the modulation target wave signal to demodulate the modulation wave; and a system controller for determining metal foreign matters of the power supply area on the basis of the modulation wave demodulated by the basic power supply unit circuit. |
