摘要 The present invention relates to an aluminum insulating frame for a building and an installation method thereof. More specifically, the aluminum insulating frame attached to a building wall surface is composed of vertical bars and horizontal bars. The C-shaped vertical bar includes a first vertical unit having one open side, one end with a locking protrusion, and the other end with a locking piece and a second vertical unit formed identical to the first vertical unit. A locking piece of the second vertical unit closely adheres to and is assembled to the locking protrusion of the first vertical unit, and a locking protrusion of the second vertical unit closely adheres to and is assembled to the locking piece of the second vertical unit while the first and second vertical units face each other. The horizontal bars are vertically arranged between the vertical bars and assembled to the vertical bars while the assembled vertical bars face each other at an interval. Thereafter, a fastener is coupled to the vertical bars, attached to the wall surface in the field, and fixated to the wall surface by an anchor bolt. After making an aluminum sheet panel adhere to an adhering surface in the front side of the vertical and horizontal bars, the aluminum sheet panels are attached to be connected in upper, lower, left, and right sides with a method of fastening and coupling the aluminum sheet panel using a panel assembling bolt. In addition, an insulating material is attached to the adhering surface of the assembled vertical and horizontal bars so that dew condensation generated in a masonry joint, which is a gap between the connected aluminum sheet panels, is prevented. Therefore, the insulating performance is improved.
