According to the present invention for a device to manufacture a vacuum insulator, the device to manufacture the vacuum insulator is made to make an internal space of a main vacuum tank with an insulator wrapped with an external cover inside the vacuum using a vacuum pump, and to seal an opening of the external cover wrapping the insulator to make the vacuum insulator comprising: a bottom support fixture to support a bottom of the insulator wrapped with an external cover in a ㄱ shape installed in the main vacuum tank; a top support fixture to support a top of the insulator wrapped with the external cover in the ㄱ shape in the main vacuum tank by being distanced from the bottom support fixture; a cylinder having a rod penetrating into the top of the main vacuum tank installed in the top of the external side of the main vacuum tank; and an external cover sealing to melt and seal the opening of the external cover wrapping the insulator located in between the bottom support fixture and the top support fixture installed in a front end of the rod of the cylinder to move up and down in the main vacuum tank. As such, the present invention places the insulator wrapped by an external cover in between the ㄱ-shaped bottom support fixture and a top support fixture in the main vacuum tank, and melts and seals the external cover wrapping the insulator in a vacuum status; thus easily manufacturing the ㄱ-shaped vacuum insulator. |
