<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a crankshaft, wherein a median point of a crankshaft base material is prevented from shifting with the increase of the number of times the forging die are used for stamping. <P>SOLUTION: The shift amount of a crankshaft base material is adjusted per a predetermined number of times the forging die are used for stamping, so that the shifting of a median point of the crankshaft base material, caused with the increase of the number of times the forging die are used for stamping, is canceled, thereby: preventing the median point of the crankshaft base material from shifting with the increase of the number of times the forging die are used for stamping; and preventing an unbalance of the crankshaft base material from exceeding an acceptable amount due to machining, caused by the shifting of the crankshaft base material in a predetermined direction with the increase of the number of times the forging die are used for stamping. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
