<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colorimetric assay method of wide dynamic range and high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: The assay method includes: a step of preparing a plate 10 formed by alternately laminating a metal thin film layer 13 and a dielectric porous film layer 12 to have a metal minute structure, and having an optical absorption property for absorbing a light at a particular wavelength; and a step of detecting a to-be-detected object by using the plate 10 in a solid phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
