<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain airtightness between an outer periphery of a shaft 5 and an inner periphery of a bearing 15. <P>SOLUTION: A sliding hole 74 provided within the bearing 15 forms a bag-hole-like shaft housing hole blocked with a blocking end 72 on its one end side. Thus the one end side of the bearing 15 in the axial direction can be sealed in an airtight manner (hermetically closed), and air in an air intake passage can be prevented from leaking outside through a sliding clearance between the outer periphery of the shaft 5 and the inner periphery of the bearing 15. Accordingly the air in the air intake passage can be prevented from leaking outside through the sliding clearance between the outer periphery of the shaft 5 and the inner periphery of the bearing 15.
