摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder-compact magnetic core arranged by use of nanocrystal soft magnetic alloy powder and small in core loss; and a method for manufacturing such a powder-compact magnetic core.SOLUTION: A powder-compact magnetic core comprises: nanocrystal soft magnetic alloy powder 1 having αFe(-Si) crystal phase; soft magnetic metal fine powder 6 having an average particle diameter of which the ratio to an average particle diameter of the nanocrystal soft magnetic alloy powder 1 is 0.04-0.15; and a binder. In a cross section of the powder-compact magnetic core, the average value of N/Ns is 0.5-0.9, where Ns is the maximum number of circles 3 which can be arranged on a circumference 2 of a particle cross section of the nanocrystal soft magnetic alloy powder 1 in close contact with each other and have diameters equal to the average particle diameter of the soft magnetic metal fine powder; and N is the number of particles of the soft magnetic metal fine powder 6 included within a range 5 from the circumference 2 of the particle cross section of the nanocrystal soft magnetic alloy powder 1 to a distance away from the circumference by a length 4 which is 0.2 times the diameter of the equivalent circle of the particle cross section of the nanocrystal soft magnetic alloy powder.
