PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human detector capable of reducing the occurrence of malfunction due to a shock, such as a vibration.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device 1 as a human detector comprises: a housing 10; temperature sensors 21 and 22 attached to the housing 10 to detect a temperature of the outer surface of the housing 10; a detection part for detecting the outputs of the temperature sensors 21 and 22; a determination part for determining whether or not a person touches the outer surface of the housing 10 on the basis of the detection result of the detection part; and a motion control part for controlling an operating state of the detector 1 on the basis of the determination result of the determination part. |
