<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device that outputs a resume sound and displays a resume screen promptly even if a plurality of applications are remotely performed by network connection. <P>SOLUTION: The information display device 100 controls the application connecting to an external terminal via the network connection and operating, at a program control table 107, and stores a program having sound output authorization and a program having screen output authorization. If an application having the sound output authorization exists at reboot, firstly, the external terminal thereof is connected to start the application in a preferential manner. Similarly, if an application having display output authorization exists, the application is started following the former start in the preferential manner.
