PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker where a rice cooking unit is not displaced when a lid is opened and the attaching and detaching operability of the rice cooking unit is not impaired.SOLUTION: A rice cooker includes a rice cooking unit 10 having a main body 11 for storing an inner pot 14 and a lid 12 for opening/closing an upper opening of the inner pot 14; a heating unit 20 that has a heating part 21 for heating the inner pot 14 and that supports the rice cooking unit 10 attachably and detachably. The rice cooking unit 10 includes a rotation shaft that supports the lid 12 rotatably. The heating unit 20 includes a control circuit storing part 23 that stores a control circuit for controlling the heating part 21 on the side where the rotation shaft is placed. The lid 12 is positioned on the side nearer to the inner pot 14 than an end part 23e of the outermost circumference of the control circuit storing part 23 when the heating unit 20 is loaded on the rice cooking unit 10 and the lid 12 is fully opened. |
