This surface light emitting device is provided with: a first conductor (130A) which is arranged on a first electrode (21) along the extending direction of the first electrode (21) in a surface light emitting panel (10), and which is electrically connected to the first electrode (21); a second conductor (130B) which is arranged on a second electrode (22) along the extending direction of the second electrode (22) in the surface light emitting panel (10), and which is electrically connected to the second electrode (22); a first film (110) which is arranged on one surface of the surface light emitting panel (10); and a second film (120) which is arranged on the other surface of the surface light emitting panel (10). By having the surface light emitting panel (10), the first conductor (130A) and the second conductor (130B) sandwiched by the first film (110) and the second film (120), the surface light emitting panel (10), the first conductor (130A) and the second conductor (130B) are sealed. By having the first film (110) and the second film (120) closely adhere to each other, the first conductor (130A) is pressure bonded to the first electrode (21) and the second conductor (130B) is pressure bonded to the second electrode (22). |
