The mounting apparatus comprises a X-Y table (A), a PCB feeder supplying PCB to the X-Y table, a parts feeder (B) arranged on the X- Y table, and a suction head (4), which is mounted on the X-Y table movable in the directions of X and Y and mounts parts from the parts feeder on a PCB. This mounting apparatus also includes a preumatic rotating means to turn the suction head to zero degree and ninety degree. This mounting apparatus simplify the structure by forming three air holes onto a cylinder shaft to obtain vacuum and vertical movement.
