ADHESIVE FOR CALCIUM SILICATE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive adhesive being excellent in adhesion to a material such as calcium silicate sheet consisting essentially of calcium silicate and short in working time required for adhesion operation. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive for calcium silicate consisting of substrate powder containing 12CaO 7Al2O3 or its solid solution and gamma-2CaOSiO2, an adhesive substrate containing gypsum of 10-60-pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. substrate powder as a main component, a water retaining agent of 0.1-2.0 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. adhesive substrate and 0.1-10.0 pts.wt. water soluble sizing agent and arbitrarily selected lightened filler, curing controller and anti-sag agent.
