<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a form for packaging vegetables and fruits having performance for reducing or preventing damage to the vegetables and fruits by vibration during transport and for retaining good quality. <P>SOLUTION: In the form 100 for packaging the vegetables and fruits, the vegetables or the fruits 1 are stored in a package 30 that includes: a transparent pack 10 having a storing part 11 for storing the vegetables or the fruits 1; and a damage prevention transparent sheet 20 which is arranged without fixing to an inner face 11a of the storing part 11 to cover the inner face 11a. The vegetables or the fruits 1 are placed on the damage prevention transparent sheet 20 and stored in the storing part 11.
