The system has an advantage of transmitting signals without line impedance affect, and identifies abnormal states. The system includes a coupler which transfers unaudible frequency with in phase to subscriber line, a line multi connection device which analyses unaudible frequency characteristics, a controller which generates an unaudible tone data, a tone generator which generates an unaudible frequency signals, a lowpass filter which filters an unaudible frequency, a subscriber line matching means which outputs unaudible frequency with in phase to subscriber line.
