摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a bladder suitable for molding and vulcanization and requiring no release agent and to mold and vulcanize a rubber product using the bladder. CONSTITUTION:A rubber product is molded by using a bladder having at least two release lubricating layers provided to the surface thereof and characterized by that a room temp. curable silicone layer having the adhesiveness with bladder rubber is applied to the innermost layer of the release lubricating layers and a condensation type silicone resin layer is formed to the outermost layer thereof.
