A support structure (12, Fig 2) forming part of a mount (10) for a blind is attachable to a window frame (2, Fig 1) through the use of two separable interconnected members (14, 16). A first connector (14) is coupled to the support frame (12), while a second connector (16) is attachable to a window frame (2) using a fastener (18). The connectors (14, 16) detachably combine to secure the support (12) to the window frame (2), and a blind may be affixed to the support (12). The second connector (16) may be fastened by an adhesive (20), and the connectors (14, 16) interlock via mounting posts or projections (46, 48). The support (12) may be formed from multiple combined frame members (24), and the connectors (14, 16) may couple through the frame members (24). Also disclosed is a supplementary support member (52) to provide additional support to the frame. |
