The device has two conveyor belts (1, 3) with their drives (5, 7). There is a regulating unit (9) that transmits control signals to the drives, activating and de-activating them and setting the speed of the drive. The belts are equipped with movement sensing units (13, 15), which provide movement data signals for passing to the regulating unit. In addition there is a control unit (11) that is coupled with the regulating unit, allowing the user to start, stop and vary the operating speed. The parameters involved can also be displayed by this unit, along with the heart beat, blood pressure and other physiological details of the user.
