PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conveying apparatus which makes it possible to reduce the irregularity of the sectional size of a product by preventing the zigzag movement or tension of a work to be extruded from an extruder. SOLUTION: This variable conveying apparatus comprises a roller conveyor 10 provided in the case 4 to convey an unvulcanized rubber 40 continuously extruded from an extruder from an inlet 8 side to an outlet 9 side. The conveyor 10 has an endless annular chain 15 wrapped on sprockets 11, 12 to be moved, and many rollers 19 so journalled to the chain 15 as to be rotated around its own axis. The rollers 19 are rotated around their own axes in the conveying direction by bringing the tapered part 21 into contact with a rail 33. The rail 33 is moved, and the contact site of the part 21 with the rail 33 is altered to rotate the roller 19 of the side near the outlet 9 from the inlet 8 at a faster speed. |
