<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental noise evaluation system to be used where a noise source exists in a building. SOLUTION: A room constant R1 of individual rooms within a building 8 is computed to determine a wall 11 of each room positioned on a straight line R aligning a sound receiving point from a noise source S and a sound pressure SWL incident into the wall 11 of the room where the noise source exists from the noise source S is computed by the room constant R1 of the room from the noise source S. A sound pressure PWL at a point passing the wall is computed and the sound pressure on the next wall 11 is determined by the room constant R1 of each room 9 sequentially from the sound pressure PWL to compute a sound pressure on an external wall G of the building. The sound pressure at a sound receiving point R is computed based on a distance between the external wall G of the building and the sound receiving point R.</p> |
