The present invention relates to an automation system for recovering, washing, and charging a refrigerant for a cooling cycle. Opening/closing valves are aligned on a flat body of an integrated valve assembly in at least one line. In a first line, a valve 1 connected to a port in a low pressure side of the cooling cycle, a valve 2 connected to a port in a high pressure side of the cooling cycle, a valve 9 connected to a liquid refrigerant pipe of a refrigerant recovering tank within the automation system, and a valve 16 connected to a gaseous refrigerant pipe of the refrigerant recovering tank are aligned. In a second line, a valve 3 connected to an oil separating device 1 within the automation system, a valve 4 connected to a compressor within the automation system, and a valve 12 which is connected to each of an oil separating device 3 and an oil separating device 4 within the automation system and also is connected to the compressor within the automation system are aligned. The integrated valve assembly has a plurality of mounting grooves formed on an upper surface of the body to fixate the opening/closing valves. Flow openings are formed on centers and peripheries of the mounting grooves and are connected to be opened and closed to allow a flow of the refrigerant. A plurality of flow holes are formed on one side surface of the body of the assembly in a longitudinal direction to selectively be connected to respective flow holes of the mounting grooves where the opening/closing valves of the first line are installed. A plurality of flow holes are formed on the other side surface of the body of the assembly in the longitudinal direction to selectively be connected to respective flow holes of the mounting grooves where the opening/closing valves of the second line are installed. |
